The purpose of this document is to describe the way in which Blue Pinnacle Training and Consultancy B.V. (hereafter: “Blue Pinnacle”) manages cancellations and refunds to its customers and delegates.
Blue Pinnacle reserves the right to change dates, courses and fees without notice. Blue Pinnacle assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses incurred due to course cancellations.
Cancellation of Classroom Based Training Courses
You will be charged the full price of a physical class if you do not cancel or reschedule your enrollment at least 15 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date or if you do not show up for the class. However, you may cancel your class enrollment at any time within the three calendar days following your initial registration or any Blue Pinnacle rescheduled enrollment date without charge. Cancellations must be notified in writing to email@example.com.
Cancellation Policy for Self-Paced and Web-Based Training Courses
All refunds will be issued within 15 business days from cancellation notice.
In specific situations, different timelines and arrangements may be applied. If so, this will be described in the offer document. Changing timelines and arrangements is a decision which is up to the Director of Blue Pinnacle.
