Assertiveness in the work environment
During this training course, participants learn the characteristics of submissive, aggressive and assertive behavior. They learn to recognize behavior, become aware of their own preferences and learn the benefits of assertive behavior. They are taught techniques which can be used to enhance their own assertiveness. This training course includes an action plan phase between the first and the second training session, which has a duration of a few weeks. During the action plan phase the participants gain experience by applying the techniques to real life (work) situations.

These training courses are focused on business application of these software tools: MS-Excel as an aid to manage, organize and visualize data; and MS-PowerPoint to support presentations. MS-Excel training is available at two levels: basic and advanced.
