We are in a unique position, because we can add an ‘outdoor’ component to this type of training. For example, wilderness hikes, rappelling and rock climbing. Such an ‘outdoor’ component is valuable, because it places the participants outside their daily work environment. It requires them to communicate and realize goals in an environment which is outside their comfort zone.
