Project Management / PRINCE2® (6th edition)

Blue Pinnacle Training and Consultancy B.V., in its role as Accredited Education Partner (AEP), is authorized to sell and schedule PRINCE2®  and ITIL® 4 training courses on behalf of Van Haren Learning Solutions. The trainer for these courses is Stefan van der Leede, of Blue Pinnacle Training and Consultancy B.V.

PRINCE2® is a ‘Best Practice’ method, based on many years of experience managing projects in a wide variety of organizations. PRINCE2® is recognized globally as a leading standard in the field of project management. We offer the following training courses:

  • PRINCE2® Foundation
    This multi day training course covers PRINCE2® at the Foundation level. The goal is to know and understand the method. It is meant for those who have an  active role in projects that are managed according to PRINCE2®. Upon successful completion of the exam, the participants receive the PRINCE2® Foundation certificate.
  • PRINCE2® Practitioner
    This multi day training course explains how to apply PRINCE2® to projects, and how to evaluate the application of PRINCE2®  to projects. It is meant for those who fulfil a central role in managing projects, such as the Project Manager, the Executive and senior staff of a Project Management Office. Participants should have a PRINCE2® Foundation certificate. Upon successful completion of the exam, the participants receive the PRINCE2® Practitioner certificate.

Our Skills for business professionals section contains the ‘Project Management Essentials’ training course, which covers the highlights of project management without preparing for certification, offering a ‘lightweight’ alternative.

 

IT Service Management / ITIL® 4

Blue Pinnacle Training and Consultancy is Accredited Education Partner (EAP) of Van Haren Learning Solutions. Therefore, we are authorized to conduct ITIL® 4 training on their behalf. ITIL® 4  is a ‘Best Practice’ method, based on many years of experience delivering IT services in a wide variety of organizations. ITIL® 4 is recognized globally as a leading standard in the field of IT Service Management. We offer the following training courses:

  • ITIL® 4 Foundation
    This multi day training course covers ITIL® 4 at the Foundation level. The goal is to know and understand the method. It is meant for members of teams delivering IT services according to the principles of ITIL® 4. Upon successful completion of the exam, the participants receive the ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate.

For those who want to develop their skills and knowledge further, it is possible to request ITIL® 4 Intermediate training. Each module represents a specialization in a certain area of IT Service Management.  Participants should have an ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate. Those who succeed the exams for the ‘Specialist’ and ‘Strategist’ modules, are authorized to use the title ITIL® Managing Professional. Those who succeed the exams for the ‘Strategist’ and ‘Leader’ modules, may use the title ITIL® Strategic Leader. At an even higher level there is the ITIL® Master certification.
